Guests check in with a credit card to receive a swipe card to sample at their own leisure, choosing 1, 3, or 5-ounce pours from an ever-changing lineup on tap. While visitors note mixed preferences on specific bottles, the automated setup keeps tasting flexible.
Created by owners Andrew and Julie, the room rounds out the pours with Spanish nut mixes, truffle chocolates, and Italian spritzes. A back seating area flows toward a garage door opening to outdoor space.
