Description

Reaching the entrance requires walking up a significant, curving uphill road, bringing you to landscaped gardens and fountains. Inside, the building showcases colonial-era art and imperial rooms. Because the exhibits are presented almost entirely in Spanish, having a translation app or downloadable guide handy helps make sense of the history. A full walk through the grounds and rooms typically takes about two hours.
