Located alongside the Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden, this historic site was updated during a 2016 expansion. The collection showcases contrasting growth habits, featuring both tall tree lilacs and dwarf lilacs. Walking the paths allows for close comparison of the variations in color and flower shape across the plants. The surrounding grounds are kept clean, keeping the focus on the diverse forms of the shrubs.
