Bucktown Dinner, Wicker Park Show
French classics at Le Bouchon and Italian steakhouse cooking at Dēliz lead into two Wicker Park music venues. Chop Shop adds a former auto body shop, butcher, deli and restaurant, while Subterranean offers touring bands and themed dance parties.

Le Bouchon has served Bucktown since 1993, bringing a small, bustling French bistro to Damen Avenue. Its menu includes trout en croûte, beet salad, homemade bread, whole roast duck and apple tart, with classic dishes such as escargot and steak frites also on the menu. Mondays bring half-price wine bottles.

At Dēliz Italian Steakhouse, the former two-story Etta space offers caviar service, flaky pull-apart layered brioche, truffle-accented cacio e pepe, and frites with aromatic au poivre. Warm wood tables sit beneath fringed red pendant lighting. The bar builds avant-garde drinks with fat-washed spirits and tinctures, while Saturday night brings DJ sets at conversational volume.
