Set across the two-story former Etta space under restaurateur Gogolab and chef Jake Peterson, Dēliz pairs caviar service and weekend bottomless spritz brunches with distinct house favorites. The kitchen turns out a flaky, pull-apart layered brioche, truffle-accented cacio e pepe, and frites served alongside an aromatic au poivre.

At the bar, avant-garde drinks highlight fat-washed spirits and tinctures. The room finishes with warm wood tables beneath dramatically fringed red pendant lighting, complemented by a summer patio and Saturday night DJ sets kept at conversational volume.
