Description
Designed by Eugene DeRosa and operated by The Shubert Organization, the 1,763-seat house originally opened as B. S. Moss's Colony. Inside, a spectacular ceiling design tops a tall auditorium layout where sound reaches every corner. Most sightlines offer clear views of the stage, though rear orchestra rows contend with a mezzanine overhang that cuts off the top of the performance space. Note that children under four are not admitted.
