🍝 Varese Roots On West 103rd

Bosino keeps Northern Italian cooking intimate at 201 W 103rd St in Manhattan, with just 18 seats. Owner Davide Pupillo brings the heritage of a Varese pizzeria with 40 years behind it to this neighborhood restaurant. Even the name comes from the regional dialect.

Start with the lemony Bosino salad, then choose between fresh pesto pasta and brick oven pizzas. The Elisa and soppressata pies arrive on warm, chewy crusts. Guests are encouraged to linger over house wine, keeping a glass in the conversation alongside the food.

Bosino is open Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 PM, and Sunday from noon to 10 PM. For a later table, Bosino advises guests to call to book after 6 PM.

Takeout and delivery are available when dinner at home is the plan.
