Located on Downing Street, this outpost of the Bromberg brothers' Blue Ribbon lineage, created alongside master chef Toshi Ueki, offers a quieter alternative to the brand's SoHo flagship. The space relies on a subdued, dimly lit setting to strike a balance between casual dining and a subtly high-end experience. Most of the seating is arranged directly at the bar, where knowledgeable hosts guide the meal by explaining the origin of each dish.
