At Apollo Bagels, fermented and boiled dough gives each ring a crisp exterior and soft crumb. The walk-up counter at 73 Greenwich Avenue serves sesame and everything bagels with cream cheese, fresh tomatoes, dill, capers, lox, or whitefish. There is no indoor seating. Cold brew is available on tap, and the park across the street offers a nearby place to eat. Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
