Alamo Drafthouse Downtown Los Angeles: Dinner and a Movie
Seat-side dining, film-first planning, and five Los Angeles alternatives.
Match dinner to the screening
I start with the shape of the night, not a ranking. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Downtown Los Angeles is a cinema at The Bloc, pairing films with seat-side food and drinks. If you want conversation over dinner, this is a different format: the movie takes the lead.
Choose a film on the cinema's official site and check its current booking details before committing. Check the current menu rather than assuming a particular dish is available. The address is 700 W 7th St Ste. U240, Los Angeles, CA 90017, USA.
The five places below are alternatives for a separate outing, not a dining trail. They range from theater architecture and live music to a concert hall. Match the program to your night and confirm each place's current details.
