Take a playground break.

🌳 Room To Roam

Set at East 103rd Street and Second Avenue in Manhattan, Blake Hobbs Playground gives the neighborhood a compact place to burn off an afternoon. Mature trees shade the play area, with benches along the edge and climbing equipment set into blue, red, and green safety surfacing. A basketball court adds a second lane of activity, while the open layout keeps the park connected to the surrounding blocks.

This is a free public stop for a quick reset when the day needs a little movement. The playground is open from 7 AM to 6 PM every day, a detail worth checking before you head over.

Shade makes an afternoon visit workable, and the benches give adults somewhere to wait while the climbing structures do their job.
