A Seasonal Dinner Unfolds Beside the Chefs

Settle in for a tasting dinner of langoustine, sea oak and Oscietra caviar, then finish in the cellar bar or garden.

Watch the chefs work at Aska.

🔥 Open Kitchen Courses

Seasonal Scandinavian tasting menus set the pace at Aska, an intimate Williamsburg dining room built around an open kitchen. From your seat you watch the chefs work together through the evening, while intentional lighting keeps every eye on the plates as they arrive.

Courses are built around langoustine, sea oak, and Oscietra caviar, and wine pairings can run alongside the meal. The room stays warm and comfortable, even with the level of craft on each plate. Before or after dinner, the cellar bar and the garden give the night two more places to settle.

Aska serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5 PM to 11 PM and stays closed on Monday and Tuesday. You will find it at 47 South 5th Street, and pricing sits firmly at the special occasion end. The space also handles private dining and cocktail receptions for bigger celebrations.
