The restaurant succeeds the original Blue Hill and draws ingredients from Blue Hill Farm in Massachusetts, the Stone Barns Center, and producers within 250 miles of the city.
Dinner costs 145 dollars per guest and lunch costs 85 dollars, before tax and gratuity. A credit card is required, and reservations are released 28 days ahead through Resy or by phone.
Dinner runs Sunday through Wednesday from half past five PM to half past nine PM and Thursday through Saturday from half past five PM to half past ten PM, with Saturday and Sunday lunch from half past eleven AM to 2 PM.
