Plan an evening at Canon.

🥃 A Vast Spirits Collection

Canon fits over 4,000 spirits labels into a small restaurant and cocktail bar in Capitol Hill. The collection is the largest in America, with a particular focus on bourbon and whiskey. An intimate setting brings that enormous selection down to the scale of an evening out.

Creative cocktails and charcuterie are the pairing here, giving your drink something to share the table with. Casual dress is welcome, and entry is for adults 21 and over. Find the bar at 928 12th Ave in Seattle.

The doors open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 PM until at least midnight, with Monday and Tuesday closed, and happy hour runs Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 PM to 6 PM and 11 PM to midnight. Happy hour takes 50 percent off food, wine by the glass and draught beer.

Reservation seating costs 25 dollars per person, credited to the bill when you arrive on time.
