A 68,740-Seat Seattle Stadium Built For Roars

Seahawks football, Sounders soccer, and big concerts fill 68,740 seats in Seattle's SoDo, a bowl built for record crowd noise.

📣 A wall of sound

Lumen Field is a 68,740-seat stadium at 800 Occidental Avenue South in Seattle's SoDo, home to the NFL's Seahawks, the MLS Sounders, and the NWSL Reign. Its partial roof leans over the lower bowl and reflects crowd noise back onto the field.

Seattle fans, known as the 12s, lean into that design, and in 2013 their roar set a Guinness World Record at 137.6 decibels. Beyond game days, the stadium stages major concerts and Monster Jam, and the connected WAMU Theater handles smaller live music and events.

The venue carries a 4.6 rating across more than 18,000 reviews, and gates sit across the SoDo blocks near the stadium light-rail station. Event types, entry gates, and start times vary by booking. Each event page lists the specifics.
