Mission Bay Lagree Fitness Studio: Lagree Fit 415
Lagree Fit 415 at 112 Channel St in Mission Bay runs 40-minute classes on M3S Megaformers, with a $65 new client 4 pack and a $40 single class.
Most Lagree studios sell a 45 or 50-minute class. Lagree Fit 415, on Channel Street in Mission Bay, built its reputation on a shorter one: a signature 40-minute session on patented M3S Megaformers that fits between a Caltrain commute and a morning meeting. The studio sits at 112 Channel St, right on the Mission Creek waterfront, and its homepage shows a rating of 4.9 or higher across more than 7,500 reviews.

A neighborhood studio with a big team
Founder Katie Lyons leads the studio, which Hoodline covered as a new Lagree room in Mission Bay in November 2018. The team page now lists 16 instructors alongside the founder, from Shannon Sorn and Staci Chang to Ryan Diers and Taiji Wang, which is unusually deep for a single-location studio and means the early and evening blocks are covered by a rotating cast rather than one or two coaches.
The studio trains its own staff too. Its homepage invites fitness lovers to a trainer training in January, with the goal of putting graduates on the Lagree Fit 415 schedule. For clients, that pipeline shows up as coaches who know the room, the machines and the regulars by name, and who correct form mid-set without breaking the pace.
Forty minutes on the M3S
Every class uses the M3S Megaformer, Sebastien Lagree's patented machine, and each session works the lower body, upper body and abs in a different combination. The studio describes the method as a blend of Pilates, cardio and strength training, built around slow, controlled movement that targets slow-twitch muscle fibers. It is low impact but high intensity, so beginners and experienced athletes end up shaking at the same point in the set.
Classes are intimate, and coaches explain each exercise as the class moves through it. Do not be afraid to ask questions. The first-timers page specifically encourages newcomers to speak up, and coaches can step in to fix a hand position or lighten the springs. Children under 16 and pets are not allowed in the studio.
The format suits people who are new to strength training as well as lapsed regulars. The studio's 415 News blog has posts aimed at both, one on why Lagree is a smart start for beginners and another on returning to a routine after burnout. The practical advice is the same in both: book two or three classes a week, keep the springs light for the first sessions, and let the coach know about any injury at check-in so they can offer a modification before the set starts.
What it costs in 2026
New clients have two deals and, unusually, can buy both. The New Client 4 Pack is $65 and expires 30 days after purchase, and the New Client 2 Week Unlimited is $95, running 14 days from the first booking. Both carry a one-class-a-day limit.
Without a commitment, a single class is $40 and expires 45 days after purchase, a 5 Class Pack is $185, a 10 Class Pack is $335 and a 20 Class Pack is $559, the larger packs valid for six months. A no-auto-renew Month Unlimited is $319. Memberships require three months: 4 classes a month for $119, 8 classes for $199, or unlimited for $239, with a $100 early termination fee and 15 days' written notice to cancel.
Policies before you book
The cancellation window here is eight hours, shorter than at many studios. Cancel more than eight hours ahead and the credit returns to your account. Cancel later and you pay a $15 charge and lose the class on a package, and a no-show costs $25 plus the session. Holds for travel cost $25, and a $25 extension adds ten days to expired credits.
First-timers should arrive ten minutes early to learn the machine. If you show up at the start time or later, the studio will not let you take the class for safety reasons, but it will return the credit so you can come again. Existing clients more than ten minutes late are also turned away. Pregnant clients are welcome with a doctor's approval.
Socks, water and walk-ins
Sticky socks are required, and the front desk sells them for $10 or $15 if you forget yours. Bring a pre-filled water bottle and a towel if you use one, and sign the electronic waiver that arrives by email before your first class. Walk-ins are possible if you already have an account or can sign up and pay online before the class begins.
Bookings run through the Lagree Fit 415 app or the online schedule. The studio also runs a client review program that enters five-star reviewers into a drawing for a free month of unlimited classes, a small perk for regulars.
Mission Creek and beyond
Channel Street is one of the calmer corners of Mission Bay. Mission Creek runs right past the studio, lined with a small houseboat community and a waterside park path that is perfect for a slow cooldown walk after class.
Head east along the creek and you reach the Lefty O'Doul Bridge and Oracle Park, home of the Giants. To the south, the Chase Center and the UCSF Mission Bay campus fill the blocks along Third Street, and the Muni T Third line stops nearby. The Caltrain station at 4th and King is a short walk west, which makes the studio easy to reach from the Peninsula.
Plan around the arena calendar. On Warriors game nights and big concerts at the Chase Center, the streets around Third and 16th fill early and rideshare pickups slow down, so an evening class on those dates is easier by Muni or on foot. Morning classes avoid the crowds entirely, and the creek path is at its quietest before nine, when the houseboat docks are still asleep and the only traffic is a few dog walkers and cyclists heading toward the ballpark.
