Sky Zone Bronx Trampoline Park: Weekday Doors Open at 1pm
Sky Zone Bronx, at 444 E 189th St in Belmont, opens at 1pm on weekdays and 10am on weekends. Two hours cost $41.99, and garages on 189th charge $10 for 3 hours.
Sky Zone Bronx is the borough's newest trampoline park, and it is built on the second floor of an apartment building rather than in a suburban warehouse. Sky Zone Bronx, at 444 E 189th St, Bronx, NY 10458, opens at 1pm Monday to Thursday, at noon on Friday and at 10am on weekends. A 120-minute ticket costs $41.99 and covers every attraction. The park phone is (646) 699-8899, and jump times can be reserved online.
A Trampoline Park Upstairs in Belmont
The park opened in early 2026 on the second floor of the Arabella, a rental building near Fordham Road in Belmont, and it covers about 30,000 square feet. That makes it unusual for the chain. Most Sky Zones sit in standalone boxes with their own parking lots, but this one shares an address with apartments and street-level shops, and you reach the court by going upstairs in a busy Bronx neighborhood.
For families in the Bronx, it also fills a long gap. Before this park opened, the closest Sky Zone parks to most Bronx families were across the city line in Yonkers and New Rochelle. The company behind it began in 2004 in the Las Vegas Valley, when founder Rick Platt's trampoline sport flopped and skateboarders began paying to jump in his empty arena. The Bronx park is one of its newest descendants.
Slides, Swings and the Warrior Course
Because it is new, the Bronx park has the newer generation of attractions. There is a Mega Launch Slide and a pair of Racer Slides, a Zip Line, a Trapeze and Swing, and two interactive walls, the iWall and the tapWall. Boulder Balls and Ultimate Dodgeball cover the competitive side, the Warrior Course is the obstacle run, and Freestyle Jump and the Air Court are the open trampolines. Small children get a Toddler Zone and Soft Play, and there is an arcade.
Our honest suggestion is to skip the arcade until the last ten minutes. The slides and the trapeze are what make this park different from older Sky Zones, and they get queues once birthday groups arrive. Start with the Racer Slides, where two people can race side by side, then try the trapeze while the line is short, and leave dodgeball for when the court is full and there are enough players for a proper game.

Hours and When It Is Quiet
The weekday schedule starts late. From Monday to Thursday the park opens at 1pm and closes at 9pm, which means the first two hours, before school lets out, are the calmest of the week. Friday runs from noon to 10pm. Saturday opens at 10am and closes at 10pm, and Sunday runs from 10am to 9pm. Weekend mornings at 10am are the best bet for families with younger children, before the afternoon party slots fill the court.
If the weekend slot you want is gone, the simplest plan B is a weekday at 1pm during a school holiday, when the park has the most room. The Sky Zone in Yonkers is the next nearest park in the chain if you have a car, but a membership or a ticket bought in the Bronx only works here. The park also runs a GLOW experience, its blacklight session, which is listed on the park page alongside tickets and parties.
Parking, Transit and the Neighborhood
The park's own page is unusually precise about parking, which matters in this part of the Bronx. It points to the One Fordham Plaza Garage, with more than 500 spaces directly across the street from the entrance, and to two garages on East 189th Street, one on the same block and one a block west. Both 189th Street garages offer three hours of parking for $10, which comfortably covers a two-hour jump.
Without a car, the Fordham station on Metro-North's Harlem and New Haven lines is a short walk away, and buses along Fordham Road, including the Bx12, stop nearby. The B and D trains at Fordham Road and Grand Concourse are a longer walk west. After jumping, Arthur Avenue, the Bronx's famous Italian food street, is a short walk east, with bakeries and delis for a late lunch, and the Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden are close by for a bigger day out.
Memberships Compared
Bronx memberships cost more than in some other cities. The Elite Membership is $48.99 a month for unlimited weekday jump time and two hours on weekends, with 20% off food and parties. The Basic Membership costs $42.99 a month and gives two hours on weekdays and on weekends before 1pm. Since a single ticket is $41.99, a family planning two visits in a month will save with the Basic plan, especially if weekend visits are in the morning.
Birthday Parties Upstairs
Birthday parties are the park's main weekend business, and the park page lists what the packages include: a private party space, invitations, supplies and a dedicated host who runs the schedule. That matters in a neighborhood where most families live in apartments with no room for a party of 15 children. Book early for Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and remember that parties are why the court is busiest on weekend afternoons.
Rules Before Jumping
All guests need a signed waiver, and grip socks are required. Sky Zone sells its SkySocks at the park and lets you reuse them on later visits if they are still in good condition. Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian in the building, so this is not a drop-off spot. Age and height limits vary by attraction, so the youngest jumpers will be pointed to the Toddler Zone and Soft Play.
