A harbor route works when people stop trying to overfill it. Use the ride to decompress, talk, or stay quiet. If the weather is rough, shorten the plan and choose a nearby food backup instead of forcing the full loop.
The return matters. Pick the subway exit before docking so the route ends cleanly rather than spilling into a tired search for the next thing.
