For a European fixture landing in the Miami evening, the happy hour window covers it directly. For anything running past midnight, the 5am close means nobody is being turned out at last orders halfway through.

The neighbourhood
Twentieth Street sits just north of the busiest part of South Beach, which puts it close to everything without being in the middle of it. That is a good position for a long evening — you can walk to the beach, to Lincoln Road, or to the Collins Avenue strip, and walk back.
The beach itself is free and a few minutes east. Starting at the water in the late afternoon and walking over for the four o'clock open is about as efficient as a Miami Beach evening gets.
What to order in a serious cocktail bar cheaply
A four-hour happy hour invites a long session, and the drinks you choose determine whether that session is enjoyable or short. The rule is to go lower in alcohol and higher in volume as the evening runs.
Start with something built on a spirit if you want one — a daiquiri, a highball — then move to long drinks over ice. A well-made highball at a bar like this is not a compromise order; getting the dilution and carbonation right is genuinely difficult and a good bar will do it properly.
Ask what is on the discounted list rather than ordering off the main menu and hoping. Happy hour menus at cocktail bars are usually a short curated set that the bar can produce quickly, and ordering inside it is both cheaper and faster.
