Description

Founders Ryan and Alysia spent four years alongside family and contractors remodeling an almost 100-year-old building to create the dining space. In the kitchen, the menu traces specific family migrations, driven largely by Grandmother Chi. Her recipes carry practical adaptations from resettlement, most notably Vietnamese-style egg rolls wrapped in Filipino wrappers—a substitution born from whatever ingredients were on hand after arriving in Stockton, Kansas as a refugee at the end of the Vietnam War.
