Head Chef Henry Yang anchors the kitchen with over 40 years of culinary experience spanning Taiwan, Thailand, and China. Founded in Sabre Springs in 2016, the bistro pairs modern presentation with regional foundations, turning out generous portions of drunken noodles, coconut shrimp, and salt and pepper chicken wings alongside drinks like an ube cocktail. Yang often visits tables personally during service to check on the meal.
