Zavala's Barbecue

Founded by Joe Zavala on Main Street, the smokehouse pairs a compact indoor dining area with a spacious covered patio. Past the brisket, the counter serves pork ribs, smoked turkey, and pizza pepper sausage, alongside homestyle sides such as Pops beans, spicy slaw, and cheesy jalapeño hominy. The meal rounds out with banana pudding layered with real banana slices and whipped cream.
