Their coffee is good and the bagels are awesome. The brand has been around for a century, and here is to a hundred more years.It was a wonderful visit overall, and the staff members were consistently accommodating.Be sure to inspect your order here. After asking if they carried egg everything bagels and being told yes, I spent $6 on one with cream cheese and jelly. Once riding the train, I saw I was given an everything bagel featuring egg and cream cheese instead. It was completely unappetizing, so I couldn't eat it and lost my money. As an FYI, they do not actually carry egg everything bagels.On my first visit for a quick work lunch, I ordered a seltzer, a chocolate chip cookie, and an Italian combo sandwich. The sandwich seemed around 90% bread with paper-thin cold cuts. A check of the packaging revealed it was made by a caterer instead of on-site. While the cookie was soft, it tasted mass-produced like an assembly line item.
