Operated by YWCA Oahu as a community wellness center, the grounds pair recreational facilities with dedicated group amenities. Athletic activities center on an aquatics program and Midkiff Gym, which houses a full-size basketball court set against mountain views. Across the property, facilities include multiple classrooms, a commercial kitchen, the Kokokahi Women's Business Center, and overnight capacity at the Hale Nanea retreat and camping facilities.
