Set behind Showa-era stone walls along the Fujinomiya Trail—the shortest route to the summit—this Original 7th Station stop provides a functional rest point. Sleeping quarters offer individual privacy partitions with sun-warmed bedding on clear days, though high-altitude dorms remain compact.

During the summer climbing season, the dining hall serves regional Fujinomiya yakisoba, beef bowls, and curry from 9:00 to 14:00. Passing hikers can pick up date-stamped hand towels or get branding stamps burned into wooden hiking sticks.
