Your Easel Goes Up Under the Wisteria at Graveyard Vineyards
A private easel session under the wisteria at a family-run Paso Robles AVA winery, with a glass you pick after tasting.
The booking covers your group and nobody else. An artist from ArtSocial 805 carries the easels, canvases and paint out to the winery, sets them facing the estate vines, and works the table for two hours. You start inside at the tasting room bar and walk out holding the glass you chose.
Graveyard Vineyards sits on a hilltop in San Miguel, north of Paso Robles on the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail. The tasting room is inside the winery building on the home ranch, with the estate vineyard running downhill from the outdoor seating. Wisteria covers that seating. A pond lies within view of the easels.

Sessions run Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Booking closes two full days ahead, which rules this out as a next-morning idea. The table caps at fifteen, and a single adult booking is enough to run it — there is no minimum party. Children from five to twelve book on their own rate.
Private Paint and Sip Experience in Wine CountryTwo hours, private, at Graveyard Vineyards in San Miguel. Easels, canvas and paint supplied, one glass of wine included after the tasting.www.viator.comWhat the Artist Does With Two Hours

ArtSocial 805 keeps a studio at 631 Spring Street in Paso Robles and takes the same kit on the road across the Central Coast. The studio's standing line is that no experience is needed. The private format is where that line gets tested: there is no room of strangers setting the pace, and the artist can stay with one person as long as that person needs.
Two threads run through the two hours. One is painting technique. The other is the styles of wine in the glass beside the canvas. Instruction is personalised rather than announced to a room, which lets a first-timer and someone who has painted for years work the same table on the same afternoon.
Everyone carries their canvas home. The session is led in English.
Five Days, and Why It Is Five

Departures run Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Paso Robles tasting room opens Thursday through Monday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and stays shut Tuesday and Wednesday. The two calendars are the same five days. The session begins inside, at the bar.
Saturday carries something extra. The winery books live music from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM every Saturday, and a Saturday afternoon easel slot lands inside that window. Treat it as atmosphere or avoid it, but know it is there before you pick the day.
Graveyard also runs a tasting room in Dripping Springs, Texas. This experience is at the California one.
The Glass, and When You Choose It
The order is the point. You taste first, inside the tasting room, and only then choose the glass that travels out to the easel with you. One glass comes with the booking, chosen after the tasting rather than handed to you on arrival.
Graveyard is family owned. The Paso Robles room sits on the home ranch ringed by its own estate vineyards, and what pours at that bar is estate wine. The property runs along the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail on a hilltop above the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, a landmark the winery names in its own description of the site.
Anything past the included glass is bought at the bar.
Group Size, Ages, and Access
Group size tops out at fifteen across both age bands. Ages split at thirteen: thirteen and over book as adults, and children from five to twelve book on a youth rate that runs below the adult one.
The booking page ticks a row of access boxes: wheelchair accessible, all areas and surfaces accessible, accessible transport, prams and strollers fine, service animals allowed, public transport nearby. Those are checkboxes on a listing, and one of them cannot be true here: it offers to take infants in a pram when the youngest bookable guest is five. Neither ArtSocial 805's own site nor the winery's mentions wheelchairs, surfaces or mobility on any page.
So there is no published answer on access to quote you. The session starts at the bar and then moves outdoors onto the ranch, so anyone bringing a wheelchair, a walker or a stroller should settle it by phone before booking. The tasting room answers at 805-467-2043.
Confirmation is instant. Tickets are mobile, one per booking.
📍 The meeting point is inside Graveyard Vineyards at 6990 Estrella Road, San Miguel, CA 93451. Meet your artist inside the tasting room. Everyone gathers at that start point and there is no pickup service.
Booking closes two days before the session starts. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund; inside 24 hours nothing comes back. The operator can call it off for weather, and a weather cancellation is refunded.
