You Drive a Jet Ski Past Lady Liberty, Guide in Front
At water level the bridges stand taller and the harbor traffic gets a lot closer.
You sit on the machine itself, with the harbor at knee height. A guide rides a few lengths ahead and the group follows the line they pick.
The ride leaves from Liberty State Park on the New Jersey bank. The starting side does more work than it sounds like. Lower Manhattan stands in front of you on the way out, and Liberty Island comes up close inside the same hour.

Two things set what you pay: how many of you share one machine, and whether the slot falls on a weekday or a weekend. The booking page shows the figure for the slot you pick.
Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge Jet Ski Tour of New YorkSixty minutes on New York Harbor, wet suit on request, one jet ski for one or two riders.www.viator.comWhat the Hour Passes

The operator's own run-down of the loop names these:
- the Statue of Liberty
- the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges
- Governors Island and Ellis Island
- the Freedom Tower
- Jane's Carousel
- South Street Seaport
Wind, chop, and commercial traffic decide how close the line runs on any given morning. The guide sets that distance on the day.
How the Group Moves

The tour leader comes with the ticket. They ride their own machine, pick the way through harbor traffic, and hold the group together. Guides work in English and Spanish.
This is a shared departure. Up to eighteen riders can be out in one group, and everyone meets at the same dock. There is no hotel pickup.
A waiver arrives by email before the day. Sign it at home and the dock paperwork is already done. Storage for phones and wallets sits on site and is covered by the ticket.
Who Can Ride
Drivers need to be eighteen; passengers from twelve ride with a parent or guardian.
The operator asks for a moderate level of physical fitness, and lists three groups it does not recommend the ride for:
- travelers with spinal injuries
- pregnant travelers
- travelers with poor cardiovascular health
A wet suit, boots, and gloves come with the ticket if you want them. Whether you do depends on the month and on the chop that day.
What the Ticket Covers

- the tour leader

📍 Boarding is at 80 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, on the west side of the Maritime Parc and Marine Center building inside Liberty State Park. The ride returns to the same dock, and public transport runs nearby.
Tickets work on a phone or on paper. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead of departure for a full refund, and the operator calls off the ride in bad weather.
You come back in to the same dock an hour later, wet to the elbows, with the skyline sitting across the water where you left it.
