Description

Working through repetition, measured variation, and restraint, Yong Sin constructs paintings and installations that foreground structure, scale, and the temporal experience of looking. Rather than trading in spectacle, the work approaches abstraction as an act of perceptual inquiry, exploring how subtle shifts in proportion activate physical space and hold embodied attention. Rooted in a long-standing independent studio practice, the gallery connects this measured visual study to broader artistic questions around material presence and the politics of slowness.
