The listing names Snow Canyon State Park as its point of interest, and the park is what you see. The session itself happens in Lydia's private garden, and the meeting instruction is simply that she will greet you at the door.
You look out at Snow Canyon's cliffs from the garden; you are not practicing inside the park. Lydia's own site puts her St. George base 3.5 miles from the park and lists Snow Canyon itself and the Ledges as other places she teaches. This listing is the garden session.
Utah State Parks describes Snow Canyon as a 7,400-acre park "quietly tucked amid lava flows and soaring sandstone cliffs."
When the Garden Light Is Kindest

The listing calls the garden especially beautiful around sunrise or sunset. A traveler who reviewed it in March 2025 wrote about loving "the sunset view and the water sound in the background."
The listing's operating hours run 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on most days, from 10:00 AM on Mondays and Thursdays and until 6:30 PM on Saturdays. U.S. Naval Observatory tables put St. George sunset between about 5:15 and 6:00 PM from early November through January, inside those hours, and after 8:40 PM in June and July. Sunrise lands at about 8:00 AM or earlier all year.
Summer bookings need one more check. NOAA's 1991–2020 climate normals for the St. George station put the average daily high at 96.4°F in June, 101.9°F in July and 99.9°F in August. Utah State Parks tells summer visitors to Snow Canyon to avoid hiking, biking or other activities between 11 AM and 7 PM. The garden sits outside the park, but a 60-minute session that starts at 10:00 AM or earlier is over by 11 AM. In December and January the normal highs drop to 53.0°F and 54.0°F.
Vinyasa, Yin or a Restorative Blend
Three styles are on offer: a vinyasa flow, yin, or a blended restorative session, tailored to you or your group. The listing rates it suitable for all physical fitness levels, and the teaching is in English.
Lydia's Yoga Alliance profile, under the name Lydia Dobbs, lists her as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the RYT 200 level, first registered in March 2024. The same profile names Elevation Fitness and the St. George Recreation Center as places she has taught since May 2021.
A traveler who reviewed it in July 2026 wrote that Lydia tailored the session to what the group wanted, and that it left them "so calm and relaxed afterward."
