A Penn Valley studio where kids take to aerial hammocks for playful mindfulness classes and high-flying parties.
Description
Founded by Ofrit and her team, the studio shapes certified instruction around clear age thresholds: kids' yoga starts at age two, while aerial sessions open at age six.
Beyond regular classes, programming extends to holiday wellness gatherings, school programs, and teacher training. For birthdays, the staff runs fully managed party experiences centered on interactive yoga games and personalized details, using the clean, spacious room to build movement skills and confidence.
