Introduced in 2024 as the brand’s flagship, this Union Market location expands on the counter first opened beside sister restaurant Albi. The savory lineup leans into mezze, hummus, and recipes rooted in Michael Rafidi’s upbringing. Pastry chef Alicia Wang crafts viennoiserie that marries French technique with Levantine flavors, including Za’atar and Labne Croissants and Chocolate 7 Spice Cruffins. At the coffee bar, Ayat Elhag draws on Arabic coffee traditions for creations like Coconut Cardamom Iced Coffees alongside standard espresso and the house YELLOW ‘Spro.
