Description
Started by five brothers from generations of cooks and restaurateurs, the restaurant takes its name from their hometown. The original dining room opened in Chinatown beneath the Bing Wong Hotel before expanding across Southern California, propelled into the limelight in the early 1980s after an LA Times write-up put its kitchen on the regional map.
