The kitchen centers on A5 Kuroge Wagyu selected for a high Beef Marbling Score of 10 to 12. Sourced from Japanese farms, the beef is presented in a seven-course omakase menu designed to highlight the distinct properties of different lean cuts. Dining takes place at a 14-seat counter or one of four tables, where solo diners are welcome. Because of the nature of the menu, the restaurant cannot accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-related diets, including exclusions for gluten, soy, seafood, or alliums.
