Description
Jointly organized by Waseda's university co-op and its Student Housing Center subsidiary, this annual event at Okuma Garden House brings partner real estate agencies together in one hall. Representatives assemble on campus so families can look through available properties without visiting individual broker offices around Tokyo. The venue also hosts a simultaneous showcase for Waseda-recommended PCs and course materials, offering hands-on demonstrations and advance reservation services ahead of the academic term.
