Billed as Hawaii’s first XR attraction, the experience runs as a 30-to-40-minute loop from DFS Waikiki inside a fully air-conditioned, 40-passenger bus. The ride relies on RideVision technology developed by a University of Tokyo tech venture, layering a virtual ocean world guided by ’Aumakua across the cabin. Rather than just passive scenery, the trip incorporates interactive moments like grabbing flying mana stones as the digital visual effects unfold. The shared tour is open to passengers ages 7 and up.
