Founded by six-time James Beard Award nominee Dana Rodriguez, the kitchen draws on her upbringing on a farm in Chihuahua, Mexico, where she first learned to cook. The room runs informal and a bit irreverent, anchored by an enduring premise: delivering a “square meal, at a fair price.” That down-to-earth focus carries straight through to the bar, which rounds out the tables with approachable wines, cold beers, and cocktails.
