A 1945 Art Deco venue staging live stand-up comedy, paired with craft drinks in an upstairs speakeasy lounge.
Description
Designed by architect John Eberson in San Antonio's Art Deco district, the venue centers on a 27-by-45-foot stage with seating for up to 1,000 across floor and balcony levels. Woodlawn Comedy programs the historic hall with live entertainment and stand-up sets. Upstairs on the second floor, the prohibition-era themed 1920 Lounge serves craft brews and signature cocktails, though note that events generally carry a 21+ age restriction.
