Run by Tokyo Ichiban Foods, the restaurant handles its own distribution and imports a wide variety of other fish directly from Japan. The room is elegant yet comfortable, serving beautifully presented sushi, cocktails, and a selection of sake and Japanese spirits. Beyond the meal, the experience features live tuna cutting shows, and the kitchen even shares the recipes for its dishes.
