4.7 (22)attraction
Once built around a giant sycamore, this park cottage now houses live turtles, local artifacts, and a striking mural.
Description

Set at the far northern reach of Wissahickon Park, this compact site occupies the former caretaker's home of the Andorra Tree Nursery, grounds that are now part of the surrounding parkland. Known as the Tree House, it operates as one of three environmental centers run by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, hosting public programs and school group lessons.
