Founded in 1973 by Henry Palakiko, the club is located on the canal right before the bridge heading toward Kailua Beach Park. It maintains and perpetuates Hawaiian culture through competitive and recreational outrigger canoe paddling, offering canal programs that welcome youth, first-time paddlers, and experienced paddlers of all ages.
