5.0 (22)A Kahalu'u church offering verse-by-verse Bible preaching, youth clubs, and a long-running addiction recovery ministry.
Description
Led by Pastor Kevin Akana, Windward Baptist Church centers its teaching on chapter-by-chapter study of scripture. Weekly gatherings include Adult Sunday School, Sunday worship services, and Wednesday Bible study, all streamed on Facebook Live.
Targeted ministries expand on that core schedule. The church runs the Patch the Pirate/Kids Club for children ages 5 through 6th grade, alongside the RAM (Recovery Aimed at Meth/addictions) program, founded in 2005 to support individuals working through substance dependency.
