Wholly Crepe!! Russian Bistro

Chef Emiliya Hendrix brings recipes and needlecraft learned during her Siberian upbringing to the bistro, which she opened with her husband Bill in 2015. The kitchen pairs crepes prepared to order in numerous ways with hearty specialties like cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, and pelmeni, followed by desserts such as Baklava, Pavlova, and Medovik. Throughout the restaurant, the dining room also displays a personal collection of hand-knitted and crocheted items alongside Russian souvenirs and imported Lomonosov porcelain.
