Operating for over 50 years, the organization runs four five-resident group homes—on Yamhill, Vancouver, Woodstock, and Tenino streets—alongside a broader supported living network. Across Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, it supports more than 60 clients through round-the-clock professional staffing, residential care, housekeeping, companionship, and community inclusion activities.
