Description
Established in 1965 northwest of the reservoir, this Local Nature Reserve combines a protected wildlife area with organised water sports via the local sailing clubs. Wooded paths and meadows attract joggers, dog walkers, and bird watchers, alongside seasonal foraging for wild blackberries. The grounds also house the Welsh Harp Environmental Educational Centre, offering water edge views of sailing, ducks and swans beneath frequent bird song.
