Description
Founded in Chiang Mai by Suweera Thongthaisairi and Sutsawat Promkul, the family business dates back to 1978, with that original Thailand location still running today. More than three decades later, their son Peter brought the recipes to Las Vegas, opening on Sahara Avenue in 2010 before adding branches like Town Square. The menu anchors itself in those roots, featuring Larb Ped—a dish of ground boneless duck with spices, herbs, lime juice, and chili served as an homage to the first outpost.
