Weekend Brunch With DJs and Shrimp and Grits in Central Harlem

Weekend mornings turn into DJ sets over shrimp and grits, with a central bar pouring rare, careful cocktails.

🎧 Where Brunch Meets the DJ Booth

Set on Frederick Douglass Boulevard, this Central Harlem room was built as a tribute to the neighborhood, with big booths, a central bar, and a patio for warmer mornings. The kitchen leans Caribbean, sending out shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and curry chicken across a weekend brunch that opens at 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. A DJ works the floor while the crowd skews young and hip, and the bar keeps its attention on signature cocktails and rare pours rather than sheer volume. Midweek, the space runs a dinner service from 5:00 PM, and on Friday and Saturday it stays open into the early hours. Screens, projectors, and AV gear let the same floor convert into an event venue once the plates clear.
