Description

Dedicated to veterans who served in America's wars, the site holds one of only two All-American Rose Select designations in Colorado. Shaped alongside the Arapahoe Rose Society following a 1964 land acquisition, the living collection brings together hybrid teas, shrub roses, miniatures, species roses, and climbers.

Wandering the grounds also reveals a historic sundial and the Orian fountain, which originally stood outside the Carnegie Library on Main Street before being relocated here in 1988. Between the maintained plantings, it remains a favorite neighborhood draw for photography and quiet relaxation.
