Lincoln’s first new athletic park in over 50 years, set across 12 acres of the former An and Lorraine Wang estate.
Description
Opened in April 2019 near Bedford Road, the park was established after the town and the Rural Land Foundation acquired the land following Lorraine Wang’s passing in 2016. Realized through community fundraising, an Ogden Codman Trust seed grant, and Parks and Recreation Department oversight, the grounds feature stone benches and inscribed bricks recognizing local donors.
