Description

Established in 1920 and named for City Councilman Hugh W. Wallace, the 5.38-acre park houses distinct public art alongside its recreational grounds. Distributed across the site are Bill Will's Eleven Very Small Sculptures, a series of small bronze objects, joined by Manuel Izquierdo’s 1980 work Silver Dawn. Beyond the sports fields and fenced dog run, the park features a rubberized-surface play area as well as a nature patch with boulders, native pollinator plants, and stormwater rain gardens designed to support watershed health.
