Walk Into the Lincoln Memorial While Your Pedicab Waits Outside

A guide pedals you between the National Mall's memorials and waits outside while you walk inside Lincoln and Jefferson.

One booking buys one pedicab and the guide who pedals it, for three hours on the National Mall. The tour is private, and its itinerary is built around getting out: at the Lincoln, Jefferson, Martin Luther King, Jr. and Franklin Delano Roosevelt memorials the guide stops outside, gives the background, and you go in on foot.

The White House stop can be from afar or up close. At the Washington Monument the stop is a talk about how it was built. The riding is the stretch in between, the part a walking tour would make you cover yourself.

As of October 18, 2026, the listing charges USD 554 for three hours with the pedicab and its guide. The price is the same whether one person rides or two.

Inside Lincoln, Jefferson, King and Roosevelt

The itinerary names eight stops and gives each a time. The Lincoln, Jefferson and Roosevelt memorials get fifteen minutes apiece, the White House and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial ten, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial eight, and the Washington Monument and the Korean War Veterans Memorial seven each. Those eight stops add up to 87 of the tour's 180 minutes.

At Lincoln and Jefferson the guide talks outside first, then you go inside for the views and photos. Roosevelt is a memorial you enter and explore on foot. At the Vietnam wall you are invited to walk through it, and at the Korean War memorial you look from a distance first, then go up close.

The listing's description also names the World War II Memorial, which is not one of the eight timed stops. It says the operator has run this route more than a hundred different ways, depending on what guests want.

A Folding Wheelchair Fits, and So Does the Dog

The listing marks this tour wheelchair accessible. The operator's own answer says what that means in a pedicab: one non-motorized folding wheelchair per pedicab, up to the size of a common folding hospital wheelchair, plus a travel wheelchair it can lend when asked in advance. It says two adults and a wheelchair fit reasonably well, and the answer covers non-motorized chairs only. The operator also says you board from the curb without steps. Strollers fold and lie at your feet.

The listing's own description says your dogs are most welcome, though its checkbox only says service animals are allowed. The operator says it will keep an eye on your pet while you go into the memorials. A traveler who reviewed the operator in October 2026 wrote that they were allowed to bring their 80-pound dog.

Two Riders per Booking, Whatever Their Age

The price is per pedicab, and the booking form stops at two travelers with no separate child or infant rate. On this listing a third person, even a small child, has to go on a second booking. The operator's own seating guide says one pedicab carries two adults with one or two small children, or three slim adults, and that four adults always need two pedicabs. The listing adds that infants ride on an adult's lap.

The guide is the one pedaling, and the listing offers the tour with an English- or Spanish-speaking guide. Reviews of the operator name several different guides, including the owner; the listing does not promise a particular one.

Rain Covers, Manual Confirmation and the 24-Hour Line

The pedicab has a canopy. The operator rides with the sides open for the view and, when it rains, drops them and adds a clear plastic cover. The listing says you stay protected from rain, snow and sun, and it also marks this as a tour that can be called off for bad weather. Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund; inside that window there is no refund.

There are no set departure times on the listing, and the operator confirms each booking by hand, with no instant confirmation. The operator's own page says every tour starts on your schedule. Its posted answer for running late is to call or text the guide, who will wait 15 to 30 minutes for a rider who can't get through.

📍 There is no meeting point. The listing offers pickup from a long list of downtown hotels and lets you name another spot when you book; the operator describes it as free pickup from hotels, museums, restaurants, Metro stations and parking lots downtown. The pin on this page marks the Lincoln Memorial, one of the eight stops, and not a place to meet.

Tell the operator where you are staying, and the first memorial is a pedicab ride away.
